Hard/smart work and Result

Hello 

I  want to tell you a truth about life.

In our life, everyone can do hard work or smart work to get results of success.

But after success, other people do not see your hard work or smart work done behind success.

It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. Whether you are trying out a sport, studying for a test, or trying to launch a business, we as individuals must note that success is bred from hard work.

Does hard work result in success?

=> There are never any shortcuts to success, but hard work complimented with the desire to achieve, determination, and always being motivated to get after your goal, makes success becomes bigger. Hard work only works as hard as you do, and the level of success reached will only be as high as an individual's work level.

Similarly, smart work is the result of hard work, to master the quality of smart work one really needs to work hard. Through hard work, we gain experience which helps us discover new things which in turn helps us to work smartly. The effort is important, but where to make that effort makes a difference.

Hard work:-

Hard work can be simply defined as putting in strenuous hours for doing a certain task or tasks. 

Smart work:-

Smart work refers to find an effective and efficient way to complete one or multiple tasks while also managing time and quality both.

you don't do only hard work because you take time and the result is less.

And you don't do only smart work because you cannot gain knowledge.

So do hard work and smart work to balance your work, time, and labor

you do both hard works then you gain knowledge & Result positively.
