Body Mass Index (BMI)

Now I can tell you about your health, With the help of the Body Mass Index (BMI).

In Body Mass Index you can know that how much workout you can do or not.

You can calculate by this formula BMI=kg/m2.

 Your weight in kilogram and height in meter square.

It is applied in both males and females.


i) If you are under 18.5 then it is called Underweight.

In this, you can increase your weight a little bit, not more.

ii) If you are between 18.5 to 24.9 then it is called Normal. 

You are fit and fine in this stage.

iii) If you are between 25 to 29.9

then it is called Overweight.

You have to do a workout not more but do as much as your body will maintain.

iv) If you are between 30 to 34.9 then it is called High Overweight (Obese).

You have to do more workouts and maintain your food eating to maintain your body.

v) If you are above then 35 then it is called Extremely Overweight (Extremely Obese).

You have to do more workouts and do exercise and strictly maintain dieting.
